My orthodontist gave me a package of 10 plastic floss threaders (here is the link to the ones that I have on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Bridgeaid-Dental-Floss-Threa... ) and she never said whether they are disposable and that I would have to buy more when I run out or whether I am supposed to rinse them off and reuse them. Also, if they are reusable would you recommend replacing them and if so then how often?

Yes, you can reuse them. Wipe them off or rinse them under warm water.
Since they're plastic, they should last a while, but if you wanted to replace them once-a-week, then one package would last you 10 weeks.
You could also wait until one breaks or becomes bent.
