• Yes you can. You can also swim with one in. I reccomend removing your tampon before you shower, and putting a new one in after, but that is just personal opnion, I feel cleaner doing it that way. But if you want to you can shower with it in.

• you can but personally you should take things like that out during a shower you can’t leave them in 24/7 during your period you need a little break from wearing tampons

  No, seems better not to, put a fresh one in when u get out. Unless you have a real heavy period or at a public shower like at the gym or something.
