If we are importing from china and the value is given in CIF what does it mean? all taxes are included in india also or we need to calculate taxes and duties separetly? @ how much %?

No dear .
CIF stands for COST , INSURANCE and FREIGHT only.
For example , when you are importing product from CHINA at USD 100 CIF , NHAVASHEVA , then it includes cost of this product , insurance ( may be marine or AIR) , and freight for this shipment.
No taxes are included for INDIA. You have to pay import duty and all things .. And you dont have to worry about taxes of china
