My friend looks fab after her weight loss. She diets and exercises yet she incorporated this tea drink in her regiment. However is this fat that is lost or water weight?? please help....

Well I drink it before i go to sleep and it's used to regulate yourself by causing you to have a bowel movement. I've lost 5lbs so far from diet , exercise, and drinking the tea.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I use it as a way to clear out my system, I wouldn't use it everyday but it does what is says it does, I would use caution any time you use a product that clears you out. you will become dehydrated using this. losing weight is hard, gaining weight is easy. accept this and you will succeed. my practice is to eat have of what I think I would normally. just cutting your intake by 50% will make a difference over time but it will not be quick. it took 3 weeks for my body to adjust to eating less, when I feel hunger I first drink water, if I am still hungry then I get something to eat. if you are hungry eat, do not let your body go into starvation mode, if you do, you will gain weight back.
