Have any of you heard of this diet pill: solo slim?

have any of you heard about this diet pill?? if so what do you like or dont like about it?? any success stories or failures with this pill?? thanks!

nobody has any ideas or opinions??

  • I have been taking Solo Slim for about 1 month now. It has curved my appetite for sweets and carbs also for food period. I still eat just small meals as I fill up very quick when taking Solo Slim. I do not have high energy with Solo Slim but I am also a medium framed woman.


    Have lost 40 lbs in one month

    quick acting(seing resusts quickly)

    If your on the last 10-20 lbs there is Super Solo Slim to help you with the last 10 lbs

    I will stop taking pill for about a wk to 2 wks and the pill gains it's strength back(not stating pill looses strength your body gets use to pill u still loose weight just not like you do when you first start pill. I'm trying to keep from buying Super Solo Slim


    Cotton mouth all the time I have to carry water with me every where I go. Or else it will get so bad to the point to where you can not talk.

    If your prone to constipation(as I am) I would take a fiber pill and stool softner each day(not laxitives just my preference). As Solo Slim draws the water from body thus cotton mouth and constipation.

    Kinda on the pricey side.

    First day or two you may feel a little sick(nauseous, you might even vomit I did but just one time so did my friend this is your body getting use to the pill and I believe your metabolism speeding up. This has not just happen to me but my friend who takes the pill. But you will be fine in the next day.

  • I am currently taking Solo Slim, so far I have had GREAT success. I have been taking them for about 3 months and have lost between 40 - 50 lbs (i don't my exact starting weight, because I was too humiliated to find out before) I have tried for the last 8 years to shed pounds caused from being on the Depo shot. Believe me, this is the only pill that I have taken that really suppresses my appetite. There are a few side affects that I have had - At first I had horrible dry mouth, I was so thirsty all the time, I could not quench it. The other side effect I had was constipation, but all did was add a small glass of prune juice to my diet daily and I'm fine now. In addition to Solo Slim I also take a multi-vitamin every night. I do this because I did not have the urge to eat and I did not want to get sick. I love Solo Slim because this is the first diet pill that has helped me lose weight and not like I'm going 100 miles a minute. I have now have the confidence I had been lacking and I still want to lose another 20lbs. I hope this helps as for me it did.

  • I started it about two weeks ago, being a Big guy at 6'6" and 333 pounds, I was skeptical but, I gotta tell ya, I bought into the Extra Strength Solo Slim and it's been unreal with absolutely no side effects...I lost about 4 pounds the first week and nearly as much this week. It hasn't been a diuretic weight loss either (you know it if it is- trust me). I'm going to stick with it, I've also been impressed with not having sleep issues, palipatations, jitters, etc. and the obvious fact my food intake has been curbed by at least 1/2 due to a reduction of appetite. I rec. the V8 Fusion "light" with it, for some reason, this combo is truly working so far for me- eat sensible (if you can actually find when you really feel like eating!) and get out and go for a walk, you'll be surprised how you feel like doing that on this too....Good Luck!

    PS...I don't work for them, just got too darn big over the years and now I'm at age 50 and need to shape up to get through my "Next 50 years"!!

  • There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

    1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

    2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

    3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

    These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.
