They say "Kali Ma"
They're referencing this scene from the movie "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KBIdcUxdgo0
If you've never seen "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom," basically what you need to know is that the movie takes place in India and the bad guy is an Indian, called Mola Ram in the movie. He's a Hindu, and in Hinduism, Kali Ma is one of their gods. The full line in the movie is "Kali ma... Kali ma... Kali ma, shakthi deh!" Which I found out translates to "Kali ma... Kali ma... Kali ma, give me strength!" So in this scene, Mola Ram sacrifices that guy by pulling out his heart and saying that line, so he basically reaching out for his god and asking for strength while sacrificing someone.
...and that's the scene they parody in Family Guy.

Yes that's right Sept. 28, 2008. I've read they will end the season with an hour long parody of "The Empire Strikes Back". Looking forward to that.
