i'm diagnosed with hep c and i'm always tired. so its hard to get up in mornings, but i still can't find work.

You may even qualify for AISH, or assured income for the severely handicapped. It's hard to get on, but worth it. You'll need to pay your doctor for filling out the medical forms, unless you're on welfare, then the government will pay for it.
For welfare go down to any Canada Alberta Service Centers to apply.

It's hard to find a job at 13 because of child labour laws. If you are a good swimmer, you can become a lifeguard when you are 14 I believe. You can also babysit or walk people's dogs.
