• I've always said "Bonjour ma belle" or "Salut my belle". Most of the above are correct.

  For a girl : Salut beauté! OR salut la belle !

  For a boy : Salut beauté or Salut beau gars !

  We will never say : salut mon beau ( for a guy)

• In France, we don't say "Salut beau" or "Salut belle", we say : "Salut beauté".
