I want to make a bunch of turkey sandwiches, saran wrap it, and store it in the fridge for easy and convenient eating. How long will the sandwiches last in the fridge? My sandwich is extremely conservative to reduce soggyness with bread, lettuce, cheese, and sliced deli turkey you buy at the store in the containers. Each of these ingredients would last a while by themselves but how long would they last together? Does anyone have any ideas?

The general rule for a prepared sandwich in the refrigerator is 3-4 days and a month in the freezer.

The best way to keep the sandwich longer without it getting soggy is to keep the wet ingredients away from the bread. Spread the bread with a thin coating of butter or margarine first or layer the ingredients so the tomato and mayo is not against the bread. Put the meat and towel dried lettuce against the bread. The sandwiches should last 3 or 4 days.
