• The website itself is certainly legal, in the same sense that 4Chan is legal. Whether all the pictures there are legal is another matter. The fact that their #1 rule is No Child Porn, suggests that they do have problems with that kind of content being posted sometimes.

  But like The Great said, nude pictures of children as such aren't illegal, that's true in most countries, though some as stricter than others. Despite its puritan reputation, the US is fairly lenient as far as the actual law goes (for free speech reasons). And it's certainly not illegal to make "disgusting" comments about an otherwise legal picture.

  ok i asked this in another category but no answers. well i searched for picture image sites n this came up so i went on it, read the FAQ etc, had a browse and found pictures on nude children, and the comments on some of these pictures are disgusting, why isnt there admins deleting these comments...

However a child inter acting with an adult sexually simulated or otherwise is illegal. Under U.S Law nudism including children naked is permitted. There is no account for taste. However depending what country you are in it may be illegal under local or by laws. Its a bit of a grey area. Why are you viewing these sites anyway? If you want a photo try image shack.

• I'm not going to check out this site but I do have an answer.

  If you have to ask this question about a Russian site with pictures of nude children then you should treat the site as illegal. Especially if you live in the US, UK, Australia or Canada.

  If you have to ask, consider it illegal.

  The fact that they let lewd and disgusting comments remain on the pictures should tell you something about the true intent of this site. No true "Naturism" site would put up with that BS.

  I don't care what the so called "rules of the site are."

  There are many websites where you can get free pictures. You need to keep away from this one.
