Is muscle milk supposed to be refrigerated?

• It's supposed to be served cold (not that you can't drink it warm), but it does not need to be refrigerated when you get it home. Many places sell cartons of muscle milk on their shelves.

  If you don't have room in your fridge, you can store it in a cabinet or on a shelf until you have room. You can also serve it on ice when you open it.

  and u should only mix it when ur ready to drink it, there should be no need to refrigerate

  u shouldnt be mixing large quantities and at once and saving it for later, its not like koolaid
