It just turned off while I was charging it and now it won't turn on. I tried taking the battery out already and that didn't work ..
It won't charge. It won't turn on the screen just stays black. I tried holding down the power button and volume still nothing happened. I didn't drop the phone or anything it just all of sudden turned off and won't turn back on

Yes, I am having the exact same problem. I was using chrome when my LG Volt suddenly died, no warning or anything. I tried taking the battery out, no success. I tried holding the power and volume down key to do a factory reset to no avail. It won't charge, it won't connect to the computer. The battery isn't dead it was at 96% when the phone died and I tested the battery on an AC/DC voltage tester and as far as I can tell it works. I only bought this phone 3 months ago, and have been okay with it up until now. I can't find an answer.

Mine did the same thing. Yesterday, I was on an app and the phone froze for a good few seconds and then the screen went black. I tried turning the phone back on but nothing happened. I tried hard resetting it, factory resetting it, and nothing works. I've taken the battery out as well and that didn't help either. I've only had this phone for a little over two months so it's sad to see this happen. I'd love to get an answer back as well!!!!!

About a month ago i woke up one day my lg volt was plugged in and on when i went to sleep. When I woke up it not on and completely unresponsive to anything i do to it. Still haven't figured out why it died in my sleep
