• Hello everyone.....

  I'm hopeless.. I need advice.

  I filed last April 2014. Finally the desicion was made last January 2016. Quite long, I am waiting the entry of judgment it's nearly 4 months but still not yet.

  I filed in Cebu but my marriage done in Manila. Kinukulit ko lawyer ko about the status of my case... Piro ang Sabi nya lets just wait.. Kasi ang mailing Systems mabagal daw.

  Kung nagmamadali daw ako ako nalang daw magfollow up....

  And she also told me, since the desicion is out she already done her role as my lawyer..

  What she means that?

  Ganun lang ba yun? We have not get the declaration yet...

• check first for the basic flaws..like age, who solemnized the marriage,etc...there are many if one knows what to check and even an ordinary lawyer can file to the court that the marriage is void from the start.
