Tumbling Flips

Aerial - unbent knees, with legs in a forward or side split and aligned on the rotational plane.
Layout - body fully extended with legs together and unbent hips and knees.
Pike - bent hips, with knees straight and legs together.
Tuck - legs together, with knees fully bent and drawn to the chest.
Front aerial - front aerial with legs in a front split.
Side aerial - side aerial with legs in a side split.

Half Twist - layout with 180 degree twist.
Full Twist - layout with 360 degree twist.
