Look on craigslist for "no credit check" apartment complexes.

I have NEVER seen second chance apartments in any part of the US. Evictions usually mean automatic denial.

All the ones with prospective tenants willing to pay the landlord very large security deposits or who can find a credit worthy co-signer

Second chance apartments? Don't think you will find anything like that....... What landlord is going to risk allowing their property to be rented to someone who has already been evicted from somewhere else, as that means to any landlord the tenant doesn't follow the rules/breaks the contract/doesn't pay the rent etc etc
