I don't think many of those celebrities have tumblr's and there is a lot of fakes.
Kendall Jenner does have a tumblr (She said she did on a Ustream, I think) but it's hard to know the real one because it's easy to pose as a celebrity. I found one who says she is Kendall but I don't know if it is her real one, it could just be a fake. And I've seen a lot of tumblr's who claim to be Justin but those are probably fakes.
The only official one that I know out of those people you mentioned is Britney Spears. Her tumblr is http://britneyspears.tumblr.com/ it's real because there's a link to it on her official website but I think her management also update it so it's not really personal.

I am not so sure if any of these celebrities have tumblrs, and if they do, I am sure they are very private. I know that Kylie Jenner doesn't have a tumblr but views tumblr accounts and looks at pictures frequently. I am almost positive Kendall has a tumblr. But I don't believe that any of these celebrities have public tumblrs. Though if I find one, I will be sure to inform you 🙂
Also, you can view tumblr without an account, so I would assume many famous people just view photos that way. So they don't have the risk of fans finding their personal favorited and reblogged photos.

I don't think any of them have Tumblrs, except I think that Kendall and Kylie have them, but they might be private because there are lots of fakes. Also apparently Harry and the rest of 1D have Tumblrs where they pretend to be fans. 🙂 However, you can find many fan made Tumblrs for these people with info and pictures of them.
