I think you mean TFP which means time for print, or more commonly now, TFCD, time for CD. It just means no money changes hands. You shoot for your portfolio, and the model does not charge and receives photos for his / her portfolio. Instead of giving prints, most photographers now give the photos on CD. You should have a model release form for her to sign giving you rights to use the photos you take for promotional purposes.

It is called TFP Often a model will participate in a TFP arrangement with a photographer who has contacts in the modeling industry. TFP is short for Time for Prints, where the model receives the photographer's time in exchange for prints or digital copies of the photos, but is not paid for modeling. Posing for a TFP photographer is a great way for new models to build photos for their modeling portfolio.

TFP = Time for Prints
TFCD = Time for CD
Basically, you'll be trading your time and expertise... no one will be charged... both the model and photographer get the pictures for free.
