No pin, no DQ, no submissions or count out, the only way to win is to incapacitate the opponent for he can not answer the referees count of 10.

The following contest is a Last Man Standing match. Now in this match there are no count outs, no sumbmission, no pinfalls, and no disqualification. The only way to win this match is to incapacitate your opponent until he cannot reach the 10 count. The Last Man Standing will be declare the winner.
Pretty much yeah. Everything is legal.

Last Man Standing match
The Last Man Standing match is a hardcore-style match where the only way to win is by knockout. That is, a wrestler will lose the match if they are unable to answer a ten-count after being downed, similar to the knockout ruling of a boxing match. In order to avoid losing, the downed wrestler must be on his or her feet by the count of 10.
So you can fight anywhere in or outside of the arena.

They can do whatever leave the ring the arena use weapons beat down the referee no pinfalls no tapping out no disqualifications & no out the ring 10 count they can do whatever the only way to win is to knock down your opponent for the count of 10 like Alberto Del Rio knocked down Big Show to win the World Heavyweight Championship

The last man standing wins the match, but it's pretty hard to win, when the opponent doesn't seem to feel any pain or slows down during anytime of the match.
John Cena, Orton, and Sheamus comes to mind maybe even HHH.

No DQ
The first to knock your opponent on the ground for a 10 count wins

The rules are as fallows no dq, no tapouts, no count outs, and no pins. Simply put you must knock them down and they must stay down for 10 seconds.

No DQ falls count anywhere (meaning you can KO him anywhere) and the count is 10 seconds.
