what does deewani/ deewana mean?

i know its something in hindi/urdu.

im paki/indian and my friend who is paki was saying i luv my friend (he's a guy) and she was like, deewani! aap aur Adel! (you and Adel!)

  • deewana means crazy or mad.but,it is used in a good sense.it's never used to insult or hurt someone! there are other words for crazy like pagal which is used in a bad sense generally!
