Every time I try to get on the site it gives the Problem loading page message, and it isn't my computer I've checked.

Unfortunately, it was taken down for lack of donations. Websites cost money to run, and when the bills don't get paid, it gets taken down (which is actually rather depressing in this case, since it wouldn't use much bandwidth).
If you're interested in another fanfic site, I would recommend Fanfiction.net (if you haven't already heard of it). They easily have the largest library of fanfiction on the internet.
