what is a Frank Coma? and how is it different from a regular coma?

  • it is also called non ketotic hyperosmolar coma, it is with depressed sensorium, milder neurological dysfunction, slowly becomes comatose, some tmes may take weeks to develop, reversible most of the time with treatment.seen in type2 dibetis, rare in type1
