How do I determine what this device is? I entered it into the fcc search website, and am unable to make sense of what little I got back.
This is interesting. It looks like a flash drive, it's not. I found it in backseat of my car. Only "logo" on outside is "mic". On board it says:
MLK-1878 VER:00
24P-30312-1878
20081016 ycc -
It's brand new looking. I think it's some sort of bluetooth maybe. but I want to know if its GPS

It's a 2.4 ghz wireless device. As for what, I can't find anything else. Could be any number of things from a wireless mouse to a usb wifi dongle. Maybe even a wireless sniffer.
EDIT: No it is NOT a flash drive. Flash drives are NOT wireless devices!
EDIT: Wireless keyboard and mouse dongle

In MY case...it's the receiver for a Gear Head Wireless Mouse. Set up on 2.4 ghz. If you don't have the mouse, the USB transmitter/receiver is useless.
