"kinds" relates to plural, whereas "kind" relates to one thing.
The only sentence you listed that makes sense is "You can use any kind of software." as the "any" makes it plural.
You would only use "kinds" in a sentence like "There are only 3 kinds of software you can use."

Well, first of all, 'softwares' is wrong. Software is singular and plural.
'Kinds' is not technically wrong, for instance you could say there is software of many kinds. But in this case, in the sentence you wrote, it would be wrong for another reason. If you say 'we don't have any kind' of something, that means you don't have a single kind. So it should be singular.
