If you're dealing w/ 2 lbs you're basically making two meatloafs. That means two eggs, shot of Worcestershire sauce (I don't use ketchup except as a glaze on top), twice the garlic powder (what I use), a whole green pepper and a whole onion. You should probably be using about a 1/2 - 3/4 cup of bread crumbs (I'm not a user of crackers).

a full teaspoon, divided in half into 2 piles and divide both piles in half again. Then dispose of one of those 4 piles and you have 3/4 of a teaspoon.
-
just use a teaspoon and fill it 3/4 of the way, eyeball it.
-
use 3 of the (1/4) tsp

Most measuring spoons don't have a 3/4 tsp size. It's basic math that most of us learned in third grade or sooner. 3/4 is equal to 1/2+1/4 or 3x1/4, or even just eyeball it at a little under 1 tsp. For the most part a little less or more wont hurt.
