I can't find a website that lists every item in a given area (even the hidden ones). The closest I have found is Bulbapedia but even that site misses a few and the directions to the items are either missing or very vague. Anyone have a good site or walkthrough that tells the exact location of every item in each area in pokemon platinum? Thanks!

http://serebii.net/itemdex/ This would be your best bet. I use Serebii for a LOT of my Pokemon info. It and Smogon are VERY useful.

You can try using the Pokeearth map to help out too.

Click on the "Pt" letters to change it to Platinum "settings".
Also, like the person listed, use the main itemdex site. Just look through and read.
