I make corn beef hash all the time!! I've never heard of Broadcast Corn Beef before. I'm in Charleston, SC. The best brand I have ever had is Hormell.

Watching Tony Bourdain express his love for Broadcast Corned Beef Hash. I had a Japanese boss and that was his favorite American dish! HA ha. It's exotic fare for the Japanese.

Choose another brand such as Hormel! or you can pick the Hormel corned beef, some onions and potatoes and make your own.
dice 2 medium onions and 2 medium potatoes. Brown onion in about 2 tablespoons butter, add potatoes and a quart of water. Simmer about half hour, add 2 cans H. corned beef. Season with black pepper, parsley, chives, oregano, and cilantro. (the potatoes will take up much of the extra salt that is in corned beef, don't need salt in this)
