subunits larger 50S subunit and smaller 30S subunit. in the
intiation step of translation the mRNA will bind to the 30S
ribosomal subunit basing on the shine-dalgarno sequence.once bound
to 30S subunit then the 50Ssubunit bound on the top of the 30S
forming intact 70S subunit. 50S subunit have 3 pockets namely
A-site - aminoacyl site, P-site-peptidyl sote and E-site. tRNA have
2arms namely anticodon stem which binds to the codons present on
the mRNA present in the 30S ribosomal subunit basing on
complementarity and acceptor stem which accept the aminoacid basing
